
Semifreddo of figs with grape sauce
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Fresh cream
- Mascarpone cheese
- Figs
- "Strawberry" grapes (for the sauce)
Preparation
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, whip the cream, sieve the figs.
Mix everything well together, put in a plum cake mold pan and set in the freezer for at least three hours.
Serve on a bed of grape sauce and garnish.
