

Ricotta-vegetable mold with fresh seasonal vegetables
Ingredients
- Fresh ricotta cheese
- Grana cheese
- Basil
- Chives
- Chopped or grated fresh vegetable such as zucchini
- Eggs
Preparation
Sieve the ricotta and mix with the other ingredients; oil small round mold pans and fill with the mixture.
Bake for about 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
Unmold and garnish with thin artichoke slices, curly salad, flakes of grana, black pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
